Responsibilities & Description

The Lead SharePoint Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day operational state of multiple enterprise SharePoint environments and forward-looking strategies. Well versed in the functional areas and capabilities of SharePoint, the Lead Engineer will work with client representatives and SharePoint developers to satisfy on-going needs and requirements.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience administering SharePoint in an enterprise environment and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition to demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional project teams, the Lead SharePoint Engineer should have extensive experience in the following:

• SharePoint 2013/2016
• SharePoint Security & Permissions
• Customizing SharePoint Lists & Libraries
• SharePoint Web Parts & features
• Windows Server 2012/2016 & IIS
• SharePoint Designer
• SharePoint Publishing & Workflows
• Configuring/Maintaining Service Applications (Search, Managed Metadata, User Profiles), Backup Jobs and Web App Mgmt
• Experience in the following languages: C#, CAML, ASP.Net, XSL, JavaScript (including jQuery) - Preferred
• DNS, Active Directory and SQL Server

Education & Certification Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

MCTS Preferred
