By default, the TrilogyEC uses TCP Port 80 for all communications, but you can change the port used. This is done by adding a switch to the shortcut target. Right- click on the shortcut to the TrilogyEC (what ever shortcut that you use to access the program) and select “Properties”. On the “Shortcut” tab, locate the “Target” field. Directly after .exe (or “, if one exists), add a blank space then the letter “p”, followed by another space and the port number that you wish to use.
Code:
"C:\Program Files\Trilogy EC\Trilogy_EC.exe " -p 4545
After the port is changed, you will only be able to connect to other TrilogyEC users that have specified the exact same port.
This is an example of the Shortcut path after having been altered to adjust port usage.
