Security

There are two security modes in which the TrilogyEC can function.  They are as follows:

Secure

This mode utilizes 256 bit AES U.S. military grade encryption with an internal pass key.  Sessions conducted in this mode are secure and anyone with a TrilogyEC can participate.  This is the default security mode.
Ultra- Secure This mode utilizes 256 bit AES U.S. military grade encryption with a custom pass key, generated from a user defined password.  Sessions conducted in this mode are secure and are accessible only to other TrilogyEC users that have entered the EXACT same password.  To access Ultra-Secure mode, simply check the Ultra-Secure checkbox found in the upper right corner of the main window.

You may set the TrilogyEC to always start in Ultra-Secure mode from the Encryption section in Config.

Ultra-Secure mode can be enabled at any time during a conference, allowing groups of individuals to break away from the original chat session to their own private environment.

Note: If you are currently connected to multiple people and you choose go Ultra-Secure, any member that does not will be unable to communicate with you during the session.
